Delaying the attack for Operation Citadel (Kursk) so the 200 new Panthern tanks could arrive (which had many mechanical problems initially but pound for pound the best tank in the war).

There is a multitude of reasons Germany lost the war. Inefficiency in the factories captured in Ukraine for example. The ignorance not to build a long range bomber but produce more Stukkas. With the former Germany could have reached the factories in Eastern Russia. And of course believing Goering could supply Paulus's Entrapped 6th army in Stalingrad with enough supplies and prevent a retreat and break out. Subsequently losing 300K men.
