I asked him. He recognised the “callousness” of his comment but was clear in the joy it brought to him as an individual. Scorch I saw a well known British philosopher speak on a panel last week called “ the idiocy of experts” . There was a lot of insight and then he said “ but dont we sll think lock down one was excellent? We got to relax and drink wine and generally wind down” the audience clapped.
