General Election - July 2024

This appears to be the rumour on Sky. An easy win for Starmer and some big names losing their seats. The Country needs a change but is it going to get one? The thought of seeing that annoying Beth Rigby for 6 weeks though is a horrifying thought.

"Last night was Starmers opportunity to come across as statesmanlike, soak up Sunaks unfounded bollocks and lies and just calmly answer in a professional manner, instead, he enters into a student-like tit-for-tat load of shite and got dragged down to the entitled little cunts level. Politics is fucked in this country, none of these self-serving cunts has a clue how to perform on the public stage, they seem to think that school-yard, Americanised shouting matches wins them votes, I believe it does anything but. Oh, for the days of Ken Clarke, Heseltine, John Smith, Mo Mowlam et al, people you believed in and respected, unlike todays utter rabble."

"Debs ""of course we should be training up.our own Doctors and Nurses where we can However remember it was the Tories over the last 14 years who withdrew bursaries for nurses."" You're absolutely right, and that argument is in Labour's manifesto as an argument against our current open door immigration policy. Even the Labour Party finally recognise mass immigration as bad, for the effects it has on wages and social problems, and they say it in direct language. So ironically your views are much more in line with the Tories."

"Seems the world today is a place where an OnlyFans girl can restore her damaged social standing by means of a well-aimed milkshake. What was the flavour, anyone?"

"Don't see Starmer lasting long as PM. The hard left within the party and the unions will take a grip on the party and hound him out. Along withe the November circus in America, it's going to be a lively end to the year."

"Can‚Äôt imagine that anyone would have any enthusiasm about either of these planks running the country Was saying the other day to someone that as a Queens (now Kings) Counsel you‚Äôd expect Starmer to be a charismatic speaker , a great orator but he turns out to be dull as mud. ?üò¥"

"Just watched the 'highlights'. It was like watching two fifth formers in a shit debating society. I hated Thatcher with a passion and despise her legacy, but she had more balls than this bunch of cunts. Good job that WW3 is around the corner to put us out of our misery."

Sunak did much better than I expected. Not well enough to turn the tide mind you. Starmer was pathetic.

"The best one I've read on this thread today is the conflation of ""antifa"" GROUPS OF THE 1930'S challenging the facsists of Moseley with the modern day ""equivalent"" of trannies charging around big American cities generally being total anti social cunts. Gas lighting of the highest calibre."

"I read on here earlier that Farage ""hates foreigners"". Well seeing as he has an Irish ex wife, a German ex wife and his current partner is French, Sir Nige needs to up his game, he's not very up on his xenophobia. People using the term ' far right' are not being laughed at, such is their misuse of of it. Great example of this was the anti ' 2 tier poilcing', pro Britain March in central London on Saturday. The MSM labelled it as a gathering of far right football hooligans yet among the attendees were black and Indian couples, little kids and old granny's. Place was awash with union and England flags yet there was none of the hostility seen on the pro Palestine marches. Even the old bill complimented those who were there on their general behaviour. Some may not be comfortable with such displays of patrism but tough, that don't make it far right. Some of these clowns need to stop making shit up."
