"Rumour has it that Rodgers is keen to get back into football sooner rather than later. He knows the league, knows our players etc and it would make sense to bring him in now, not wait until the season ends. My mate said he is going to follow up with his source to see how concrete a move could be Personally I would take Rodgers in a heartbeat. I think he lost his way at Leicester due to having the rug pulled under him with the likes of Kasper Schmeichel and Fofana being sold and him not being able to splash the cash. Imagine if Rodgers had the money that Moyes had."

"Considering we are in a position where very point is precious,,, If you go 3-1 down in the 47th minute and don't make a change you should be sacked. If you then wait another 15 minutes before making a changing you are a fucking idiot. If you then bring on FOUR changes just to play the same system you are either a suicidal prick or a stubborn selfish cսnt. Either way get the fuck out of my club, I can suffer going down, but try for fuck sake."

"I've got a feeling last night was a tipping point, there's a way to lose, ffs, and if it's true he likes Rodgers then I fancy Moyes may go today with a caretaker in until season end. Yes, I'm calling it. Sullivan FINALLY acts."

Biggest home loss for 4 years! What happened to the days when managers were sacked on the basis of their results embarrassing the club? Absolute laughing stock joke of a club run by the unqualified dirty raincoat brigade.

"''He said Sullivan likes Rodgers'' if that is true then that could swing it. Rightly or wrongly, Sullivan seems to have people he rates and don't rate as managers, so if he likes Rodgers and he's available then something may well happen."

"Utter madness that Moyes didn't see how overrun we were in the middle and out wide. Just stands there watching until it's too late. Although the 4 subs were used in the same formation, it showed how much of a passenger Soucek is. Downes is much more composed on the ball - surely he has to start ahead of Soucek vs. Fulham. Even though the defending was comedy tonight, much of this is on Moyes for playing the same system and the same players even though most know it doesn't work."

"Moyes should be gone tomorrow, if not then he's here to see out the season. We've just let 5 in at home, potter and Rodgers are now also available, it's now or never to change manager and give ourselves a fighting chance of staying up"

"Words simply cannot put how much I hate Moyes right now I had a text from my mate tonight straight after that defeat. He has been pretty spot on in recent weeks and said we wouldn't sack him after the Brighton game and said he had some games left. He reckons that Potter and Rodgers being on the market may well now force Sullivan into a change, its more likely to happen now given the argument that there is no one else out there to replace him with. He said Sullivan likes Rodgers and wouldn't be surprised if we went after him now. Make it of all what you will but tonight was simply unforgivable. There is no planning for individual errors but to continue to make like for like changes and not even consider a 4-4-2 and try and chase a goal to get us back, for me is the final final straw. I thought we would lose, but in that way was disgusting."

It's time for super scotty Parker till end of season; unless carrick is keen. Then go for Bielsa / Rodgers / Carrick in summer.

"He's now playing a game of chicken with the board. ""I've got no doubt that they back me""ù. What a cսnt. I'd be ashamed to come out with stuff like that if I was performing this badly in my job."

"Its been obvious to most since November (and im being generous) that he had to go. Now, as foretold its April and we are bang in the shit because of it. Sullivan and the owners are getting what they so richly deserve for not acting on this. The fans are the ones who will always have to suffer the disappointment of yet another false dawn at a club that could alone have coined the phrase. And please Sullivan, don't give me the excuse that there's nobody out there - that not the problem its who's THERE NOW that's the problem. Literally anyone would be an improvement at this stage, that's how bad things have become. Perhaps that penny wont drop until we lose the next 3 and the Jig is up. They are beyond deluded if they think Moyes is keeping us up after tonight."

"Just got home from that shitshow and seen his interview. Deluded as usual. He's the stubborn fucker that picks Soucek every week, who thinks Kehrer is first choice right back ( 8 goals he's cost us now or was it 9 after tonight ? ) who thinks Fab is better than Areola and who's sanctioned the best part of £200m spunked up the wall on signings that have made us worse. And that's not counting Vlasic . How many more times must we hear him trot the line that's he gave us a great two years and a run in Europe so the fans should be forever grateful? If we weren't stuck in an athletics stadium in the middle of a massive no man's land of a concrete park. If the walk back to the station didn't take half hour followed by another half hour wait for a train to cram on along with thousands of others and if we weren't sick to the back teeth of watching your drab unadventurous crap brand of football then perhaps half the stadium wouldn't empty out before the end of 90 minutes . We might even thank you for our little European journey last season and not blame you for the massive fuck up that you made last January when apparently you couldn't find anyone good enough to improve the squad. The loss of Rice from that time was entirely predictable. So thanks David Moyes , we'll done for 2021. Now fuck off."

"When the home fans join in with ""sacked in the morning""ù the game should be up. But it isn't. This is the teflon fraud we're talking about. He's proper stinking the place out now."

"He has to go after that utter humiliation. 5-1 at home is unacceptable even against a side like Man City. Worst thing was they were in second gear all night but passing the ball and moving through us like butter at will. Toying with us. Literally running rings around us. It was like watching a sad old punch drunk boxer fight one fight too many. We made them look like Barcelona. They were taking the piss for most of the game. If they'd REALLY tried it could have been 8-1. Completely outcoached and outclassed. Moyes had NO answer. The coup de grace was not any sort of tactical change whatsoever- just like for like and expect them to execute the same shitty gameplan that already wasn't working. No plan B at all. Same shit different players. I think he just did it because he had to do SOMETHING but didn't know what. We're (even ore of) a laughing stock if he doesn't get fired for this. This is the nadir. The worst performance of the whole season. Outdated, outclassed, surely out the door, if Sullivan has any pride."

"Words can't convey how much I hate David fucking moyes Sullivan is JUST, if not MORE culpable for not sacking the cսnt months ago. We're sleepwalking into relegation and have been for months. And going with a whimper. At least the other clubs round us ate showing some fucking spirit. You know it. I know it. Every fucking body knows it. Nut these 2 dinosaurs are so stubborn arrogant and out of touch its not even funny. So angry. Someone mentioned he blamed the fans tonight? He's having a fucking laugh. Everybody was behind them in thr first half, even after we comically gifted 2 goals in 12 minutes. If / when we go down, we could be proper fucked. Coventry didn't own their stadium and look what happened to them."

Let's not forget that tactical master stroke at 1-3. Four like for like subs and leaving one upfront.

"His post match comments were predictably ridiculous. What I found quite telling was during the break in play first half, Eddie Howe had his team in a huddle while he gave them instructions. Ours just strolled around the pitch aimlessly. Howe makes notes & gives instructions, Moyes just waves his arms around a bit. He looks as lost as the team do."

"Swindon. I am not defending Moyes for the position we are in and wanting him to stay. I take your points and what you say makes sense. However, FOUR total fuck ups in one game has to be the players responsibility. You can't train nor prepare for that, regardless of his decisions."

None of them have had the backing Moyes has had. Yet the football is under Moyes is worse than every single one of those. He's pure fucking football cancer.
