"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"OMM - draft is set for 5pm on the 2nd September. Sunday before the season starts, I know its later than most people usually draft but I've done a draft before only to have my first round pick get injured in a preseason game, would rather have all of the preseason out the way first so any injuries in theory should have already happened"

"Being a 1st or 2nd round draft pick by the Redskins is really the kiss of death. 2011 - Jarvis Jenkins ""ì injured in preseason, missed the season 2012 - Robert Griffen III ""ì injured in the play-offs, rarely played again after 2013 - no pick 2014 ""ì no pick 2016 - Josh Doctson ""ì injured in a May mini training session, played occasionally since""¶""¶""¶. 2016 ""ì Su's Cravens ""ì injured and retired after one season 2017 ""ì Jonathon Allen ""ì injured in 4th game and out for the season. 2018 ""ì Derrius Gruice ""ì injured in the 1st quarter of the 1st preseason game Brandon Scherff (2015) is the only first rounder who plays regularly."

"cough, im pleased we've got him. the front office contacted him to see if he was interested and he offered to come in and do a work out/fitness test with some other much younger running backs (veterans like him don't normally need to do such a test, so that shows his mindset). apparently, he wasn't breathing heavy at the end of the test and was by far the fittest there. hopefully his knee will get through these next two pre-season games unscathed, im thinking the coach may go with four running backs, so peterson has a chance. he's come across really well in all the interviews so i hope he stays while guice gets healthy"

"Shame about their rookie running back, think a lot of their offensive plans this season were centred around him, that being said I'm actually looking forward to watching them this year, think they have some decent receivers and Alex Smith is one of the most underrated QBs in the league. Peterson showed some flashes while with the Cardinals last year, he had 2 games with over 130 yards, it just kind of makes the offense quite predictable as you know when he's on the field its almost always a run play."

"Should take about 45 minutes to an hour as long as everyone is there, can take longer if people arent participating and we have to wait for the whole 90 second timer every time"
