NFL (since 2016)
"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

Re: 2016 NFL Season
"Takashi Miike 3:45 I suppose until his contract ends and he technically becomes a free agent. Then I suppose he'd be free to come out of retirement and sign with anybody. At the moment while he's under contract I suppose his rights would have to be traded. They are under no obligation to release his rights. If he wants to play but just not for the Lions, then they may as well trade his rights away if they can get anything for them."

"crystal, clearly Brady's staying around for at least next season, possibly 2019 too going by that decision I'd love to know what this Calvin Johnson shit means in regard to trading a retired player? did Detroit hold on to his playing rights for a set period of time?"

Re: 2016 NFL Season
"As a Vikings fan, pretty happy so far, but a long way to go in reg season. Glad to see we can mix it up in order to win games. The Browns aren't quite as bad as their current 0-8 suggests and they asked questions of Keenum today, but he answered them pretty well."

Re: 2016 NFL Season
"Texans at Seahawks is going to the wire. Need a Wilson/Baldwin combination to sneak the game. TM - you'll win our fantasy match up this week, unless the Chiefs defence goes crazy tomorrow, but that Texan mob that you have on your bench - licence to print fantasy points tonight."

Re: 2016 NFL Season
"Load of steroid fueled, padded septics crash into each other for five seconds. Ten minutes later they do it again another long wait and a further five second of activity. Parochial American sport which should be of no interest to anybody outside of the USA, and certainly nothing to do with West Ham."

"Hermit, what one is it? just got the redskins missing report for later. four of our o-line are fucked, including trent williams, so it looks almost impossible to keep up or protect cousins"
