"Kearley 9:32 Seven Psycopaths was also a cracking film. MM was on a roll. Unfortunately Banshees was dogshit, in my humble."

Never gave a fuck about top gun. But I actually enjoyed the sequel. Finally got round to watching it yesterday.

"Mr Anon I liked In Bruges and absolutely loved Three Billboards, but I was bored stiff with Banshees. Maybe my expectation level was too high."

"Seen some suffering opinions of Banshees on here, did anyone that liked In Bruges and Three Billboards not like this??"

"Watched Mel Gibson's new effort on Prime, On the Line. After watching it I still can't work out if I enjoyed it or hated it!"

Here's one for all you softies out there. Mrs. Harris goes to Paris. Heaps of nostalgia and a corny story line...I really enjoyed it.

Watched 'The King' about Henry V which was quite good on Netflix. 'All quite on the Western Front' and 'Narvik' were bot excellent - jury still out on Banshees of Inisherin - beautifully filmed but a tad depressing !!

Coincidentally we watched Shotgun Wedding for about 20 minutes before my wife said “what absolute rubbish” so we switched off and she wanted to see a very predictable Ticket to Paradise. I’m not sure which one was worse but the missus loves a romantic comedy.

"Jurassic World Dominion was on Sky last night, at no extra cost. An ok watch but time to put it out to grass now. It does show how good the original was though."

"Manuel Blimey! It's got a good cast, hasn't it. I might seek it out. I did say Pinocchio was a load of shit, though, and that was the same director."

"Manuel 8:51 Fri Jan 27 Not me, mate, I've never heard of it. Not unless I watched it and posted about it while I was really pissed. Which is always possible."

To Leslie. Some top notch acting in there by Riseborough. You can see why she’s been Oscar nominated for it.

"Watched Triangle of Sadness Half the time, I was wondering where it was going. Plenty of time taken up with stuff that was hard to place into a plot. The storm scenes with Woody Harrelson is brilliant though and it came together at the end. Not sure how to rate it really"

"Pagey 10:15 Thu Jan 26 'How it’s the favourite to win Best Picture at the Oscars is truly beyond me.' It's because it's up against that pretentious Banshees shit. Auteur film-making, don't you know. In quite big capital letters."

"Everything Everywhere All at Once is an almighty humongous pile of horrific shit. I had to switch off after an hour, and I rarely do that with any film. Maybe the second half of it suddenly became incredible?! How it’s the favourite to win Best Picture at the Oscars is truly beyond me."

I liked Everything Everywhere All the Time. Everyone else who I know that has seen it hates it.
