This case was not a subjective one like whether or not handball warrants a penalty but one where technology showed a clear decision over an offside question. That match against us a few years ago could have been even worse. Origi missed a last minute chance when offside and that wasn't flagged either. There is no difference between what happened and the offside Brentford goal against Arsenal that should have been disallowed but wasn't and the onside Brighton goal that should have stood but didn't. No one suggested they should be replayed and the controversy quickly died down.
