Get the top European refs in and dump our lot. No bias to certain clubs then. Hardly any issues with VAR in the Champions League.

I don’t see the ending of VAR as getting the game back….they will just revert back to the previous bias the top clubs get.

Must admit I watched a couple of Championship games recently incl Ipswich v Southampton and enjoyed not having to second guess every goal But this week I did see a Sunderland player jump up and punch away a cross v Leeds and another game where a ref gave a pen for a tackle at the top of the D about 2yds outside the penalty area If you miss out on promotion by a point you might wish it was there
