Anyone living in/near Chelmsford with a spare room looking for a bit of extra cash?

Hi, my nephew has just got a new job that requres him to be in Chelmsford a couple of days a week. He lives 1.5hrs away so is looking for someone with a spare room to rent one night a week.This may switch between Tues or Wed night.
He is in is mid twenties and has just bought a house with his girlfirend so is not in a position to relocate any time soon.
If anyone wants to let a spare room one night a week, dm me and I'll put you in touch.
He has just started so is looking for a Wed nigth this week.
He's happy for any suggestions\tips.
