Personally I found him an annoying twat who seemed more interested in promoting himself and trying to troll the English than actually doing anything for Scotland. Actually found Nicola Sturgeon a huge improvement for the SNP.

Looks like a probable heart attack, collapsed and died suddenly at a conference in Northern Macedonia after making his speech.
I don't like the Scotch Nazi Party, but must admit I had a bit of time for Alex. He was a fierce and intelligent debater with a great sense of humour and mischief.
