Hello all...

It's been very hot here in VEGAS the past few months, to the point we cant walk the dog because of the tarmac is too hot.

It's cooled off this past week so I've been up at 5am and walked my German SHEPHERD for an hour each day. 

I leave my phone at home so there's no screen time for the 1st hour of the day, I feel far more awake and alert for doing this 1st thing, best of all the quality of my morning DUMP has 10X'd.

YOU should try it.

I walk our dog across some fields near us and never take my phone, the current Mrs Gaffer complains about it but I tell her it’s just me and the dog no interruptions. As for the dump, mine are still nice and firm.

Can't underestimate the value of a sufficient early morning dump, no latter day pressure.
