When I did my senior fitness instructors course one of the tutors, an olympian swimmer said "that to compete with the best, you had to be on something"
He then listed 5 natural athletes who were natural only for later on in years all were accused of doping.
A bit like my presentation & English.
How could I attend school all those years and be so thick.
