We don't get a penny of any catering rights or when events are put on in the stadium like concerts . Unlike the others . Cheap tickets is an absolute myth now . try and buy a couple of tickets even against the premier League lesser lights . And you'll hardly get any change out of £150 .

Why is our matchday so meager in comparison to other clubs when we have such capacity and sell out every game?
Less games
less corporate tickets
lower ticket prices
not owning your own stadium so not receiving all the match day income
we’re pretty much the only club on that list without CL football.

Every single club in that top 20 have played in the Champions League recently and in most cases play in it season after season. No prizes for spotting the odd one out.
We are quite easily the worst performing club when compared to income.
If we scraped into the CL for a couple of seasons the income would surge. How well it would be spent is another matter.
I've always said we're the biggest club never to have won the Division 1 title/Premier League.
That would be Southampton for me mate.

Newcastle and Villa are also on the list and we’ve achieved more than they have in recent years.
You forgot to include Tottenham in that list of teams also.
Nah, they're regular CL competitors.

Some achievement you have there. Did you get a certificate for competing in it?

The reality is we are one of nine EPL clubs on that list that also comprises three French, Spanish and Italian clubs and just two from the Bundeslig. Clearly the list indicates the level of competition is far higher, overall, in the PL.
And if you see those ranked 21-30, it includes non-achievers like Wolves, Palace, Fulham, Everton and Brighton. As everyone already knows, the Premier League is where the money's at, regardless of individual club success or stature.

It does say a lot about our owners and some may see it as quite a feat for a non achieving club to be so comparatively well off.

I take the point about the extra games played. However an article which doesn't even know whether to use an 'm' or a 'k' next to the figures (unless Real's total income is really over a trillion Euros) is not starting off on the right foot.

My daughters boyfriend works in corporate hospitality at Tottenhams ground and he reckons the money they pull in on match days is nuts. Throw in a few gigs and nfl games and it's not hard to see where a lot of their money comes from.
Although it does seem strange that there are plenty of non football events at the cess yet we seem way behind them when it comes to money coming in.
Thats what we/they get for none of the non Football events go to us unlike for Spurs who make pure profit by comparison.

This mustn’t include debt as Spurs have the biggest debt in world football, they’re literally screwed financially if they don’t get champions league each season
Yep them and Barcelona who have about a one third debt to valuation ratio are comfortably the highest in the top 20. Did they leverage themselves to buy that stadium? not looking to get CL this year either Haha. Ours is only 6%
