Just seen he has walked straight into another prime Job with the Swedish national side! Beggars' belief really in what other area is abject failure rewarded in this way? Pro football never ceases to amaze me, talk about jobs for the boys!!!

It's not a surprise...I did think that the chances of him ending up back in Sweden were pretty high. He doesn't have to worry about money and it's a custy gig out there.

Nice work if you can get it 🥳

Indeed. Time to lock this thread.

Potter would probably try to sell Isak and Gyokeres to Germany. And bring in Evan Fergusonsson on loan.

Swedish youth player's wouldn't get much of a look in and probably beg Ibrahimovic and Brolin to come out of retirement to play.

Persuade JWP to discover some Swedish ancestry or swap nationalities.

He'd probably bench Isak. Odds on they tape him up to the dressing room ceiling within the first 3 games in charge.

Reckon team talks by the Swedish chef from the Muppets would be more effective

Sweden national coach I reckon. His style probably suits them as a nation as well.

They should have just kept Barry Ferguson on who was doing a decent job when he temporarily took over as manager for them to the end of last season when they sacked Clement. He even got them playing in Europe and beat Mourinhos Fenerbache side to reach the Europa League Quarters losing out in the end to Bilbao late in the 2nd leg. A Rangers man absolute made for them and had the players believing in him and the fans embracing him. They should go back for him after dicking around with the hopeless Martin.

He won’t end up at Rangers because they need someone proven who understands the needs of the club and league. Step forward Derek McInness or Stephen Robinson.

If the new Rangers board go for anyone other than those two, they’re stupid.

Got a soft spot for Rangers so wouldn't wish to inflict Potter on them. Amazing Stadium Tour full of quality heritage too, love Ibrox. 👌

Hopefully he becomes the next Millwall manager when they next go on a bad run.

Couldn’t care less if he’s suited/unsuited to Scottish football, Rangers, or the hotbed of the Old Firm. But anything that reduces what we have to pay this melt would be fine by me.

Potter linked with the Rangers job after Gerrard turned it down.

I’m sure others are in the frame, too, but please let this happen! It would probably mean we don’t have to pay him off as much.

She's a shit figurehead at West Ham but does have some redeeming qualities when it comes to calling out deviants like Keys, and you will never seem him hired again by a British broadcaster as he's on 'The Savile List' as its colloquially known within the industry.
She practically insinuated leaving nobody in doubt as to exactly who her target was that it is a very well known fact within media industry circles that Keys was extremely partial to a Cleveland Steamer...

He'd be the sort of wally that gets bullied on the course by a bunch of teenagers bunking off school who bury him up to his neck in a bunker with his own golf ball stuffed in his gob after rolling it in some dog turd first.

One well-placed figure says West Ham’s structure is totally outdated. It is all about Sullivan’s whims. All about his mood. There is no oversight. Other board members have no real power. Every major move comes from one man. There is no respect for expertise. No understanding of how to appoint top-level executives. It has been this way for 15 years. No wonder West Ham look lumpen next to Brighton, Brentford and Bournemouth.

Damning. And accurate.

Nothing we didn't already suspect but good it's finally out there echoed by MSM Journos now. 👌

Why have the media suddenly turned on the little cսnt? Is something more significant brewing about his personal life, which is enabling the character assassination of his professional life?

Whatever the reason, it’s about time.
I would hazard a guess that the new generation of editors and journalists don't give a crap about Sullivan...It was all of those contacts he made in the industry and people he gave a first job at The Daily Sport who went on keep schtum over the years to cover his tracks...

Who knows?
Very true. It's easy to forget he made his money in print media. Didn't give Jim White his first job, did he? Hahaha
