Just seen this video of Will Still presenting how he sets up and communicates ot the players in his team pre-match.

Given he's a known West Ham fan, we continue to have managerial problems, and he comes across as a relatively smart guy, thought others might be interested.

Most definitely , but you're wrong so we'll agree to agree on that.

Fraser to give you credit. You said something I agree 100% with recently. West ham supporters wear mediocrity like a badge of honour.

Behave myself, your claiming its an experience thing but this gormless cսnt hasn't really dropped down from his career trajectory by a massive amount.. Never out of the 20% win rate, never much more than a goal a game, he's just continuing his previous form.

That doesn't mean someone without experience can't do better...

Ha, you think he's worse than Potter, maybe Potter is drowning because he's shit and fuck all to do with experience, it's not like his career stats have took a massive dip at ours, he's just going along how he was...

Perfect Feet. Will Still on Salthouse’s books too. 2 of Sullvan’s boxes ticked. Just need him to be out of work ( sounds like he’s working hard at that) . Issue then is that he has not once managed a big club 5-10 years ago ( razzle dazzle factor ) and he is not 60 or above in age.

3 down at home at half time, definitely potential to be our next manager.

Very tough for any manager to be successful while Sullivan owns the club.  Chaos and lurching from one crisis to another is what happens when narcissists run organisations and even nations ( you listening Trump ! ).  They are never wrong so cannot learn. Hence 15 years and, aside from the accidental, unintended success via Moyes for 18months leading to a 3rd tier Euro trophy, we are right back where we started looking at survival and avoiding a relegation scrap as the realistic aim for next season.

Have you seen how his side is doing in Ligue Une?

For most progressive top-flight clubs, having this ginger kid showing rudimentary cartoon matches because players can't pay attention in a real classroom would be for the youth teams.

For us, it would be the best and by far the most modern and clever way we've ever done it.

That says more about West Ham than it does about Will Still.

Interesting, but if you have a Mavropanas at the back and a striker that can't hit a barn door it ain't gonna count for a great deal.

He would be loved here. But not while Sullivan is our Great Leader. Even Pep would be crap with this lot.

Depends on what sort of job his doing.

I like him. Not sure whether he'd be ready for the huge jump from Ligue 1 to the Premier League but he always coeks across well. More still (soz couldn't resist) to prove though I think.

I wish we had given him a chance this time last year when choosing Moyes replacement

Interesting how when discussing tactics for the next opposition he says that players these days don't have the attention span to just listen or look at a whiteboard. They have to be shown video presentations and they can't be more than 7-8 mins long. In Trevor Brooking's few months as manager he apparently used to create huge dossiers on the opposition, giving all the players detailed specific instructions on how to deal with them. I wonder how that would have worked on this generation.

As for Still, I just see him as another Graham Potter. Slow, cautious, style of play and mediocre results. When he's old enough to grow a beard he'll even look like him. No thanks.

I hope they move for him in the summer.
I thought we were getting a proper coach with Potter who can “,”crucially” work under pressure and get results out of anything in a short space of time.

we don’t have that at present. This league needs that, not someone who needs 6 months to work out things. You don’t NEED a transfer window to fix an underperforming side. So many coaches have proved this time and time again. It’s lazy.
