BrewDog's Black Heart is a decent stout, but I suspect it won't be just under £2.00 a 440ml can as it in the supermarket. The rest of their range, American IPAs and Lagers, are too fruity and acidic for my liking.

If they sorted themselves out so all those people queueing were instead served they obviously end up selling more pints.

Say one in three of the crowd bought one more pint per game because they weren't stuck in the queues that's 20K pints. Which would be over £100k revenue. Per game. With no extra outlay just organised staff. A good 20 home games per season that's £2 million per year. I could sort that out within a couple of games and take just 10% of the increase in sales for myself.

Given up buying there anymore as it's such a painful experience for much the same reasons as yourself, Wils. Staff continously take the piss working at a snails pace and 1 time got so fed up with waiting to finally pay as they began chatting shit to their friends behind the bar that I decided to do one. Funny thing is they acted fast to shout out when they finally wanted my money but still couldn't catch me. Devonshire eat your hear out as I worked my way through the crowds. 

I have given up on drinking at the stadium. As everyone knows. you either have to miss half the match to get in the queue early or you spend the whole of half time queuing and even then you wont have time to enjoy a drink. So I just don't bother. 

What annoys me is this is piss easy to sort out. Most of the staff are so resentful of the rush they deliberately go slower. I worked in bars for years and you don't need to be that highly trained to sort this out. I estimated they are losing about £100k a game just because nobody is bothered to spend five or ten minutes explaining to the staff how to be efficient. Just simple systems of one person taking the money and another pouring the drinks would speed it up no end. Even the few bars where they do this the person pouring the drinks hasn't got the plastic cups lined up so he wanders off to get a new one and stops pouring. They should be just filling the pints in a constant stream and they should be shouting "Next!" the moment the till beeps with payment. 

If anyone knows the people responsible put me in touch. I emailed them already but they don't want to know.

The most popular beer would be one that is most widely available at the right price with a big marketing campaign. The taste just needs to be acceptable. 

Can't be an unpopular opinion cos considering how well they sell. But then Budweiser is the second highest selling beer in the UK so maybe most people have no taste!

Used to quite like their beers but think they've gone massively downhill. overpriced and overly sweet and sickly.
