The other Phil Parkes from the Black Country

When I was a kid, I found this genuinely confusing! Our Phil started at Walsall obv but they were both from around there and their paths must've crossed regularly as youths.

I think they are both from the Black Country.
I know our man's daughter died not long ago. Was this acknowledged by the club at all.

the first best Phil Parkes was a carpenter when he retired from football (if I remember correctly), players didn't earn much back then, in fact you could go for a beer with them after the game if you knew the pub (think it was Lampard's pub?), how times change.
