Go-Fund Me - Help Required
Posted: 23 Jul 2025, 17:20
Posting this on behalf of an old-Hammer 'Richard Cribb' (been going since '70's, still trudges over), who could do with that renown charity that WHO is famous for.
Richard has been going though a tough time since his wife passed away, he has mobility problems and suffers with depression (hopefully he won't mind me revealing that). Over the last few years he has been a bit of a rock for me in my battles with Parky's, he listens to my moans. On Monday he goes into Hospital to get his knee replaced, hopefully this will help with his mobility, I digress...
This is not about Richard in essence, it's about his Daughter who has Stage-4 Cancer and could do with some of our help. She has had no financial help, Richard has tried to help as much as he could, in his Daughter's desperation for help, she started a 'Go-Fund Me' page. Richard informed me last night that his Daughter had Cancer, it's the first time he revealed it to me (he doesn't open up to his problems much), he would dearly love to help her more but alas constraints won't allow.
If you could help in some way, it would be welcomed, funding is so his Daughter can spend her last time with us going on the odd trip to see family/friends... life can be so cruel, that said, there's nothing like a 'ray of happiness' to make life a little easier.
Cheers for reading.
