My overiding memory of her is as a guest on the Morecambe and Wise Show, which I suppose on its own is a pretty decent mark of her status and success.
Clearly a pretty unique performer.

Her music was more for my parents and their peers rather than me, but she could certainly hold a note and belt out a tune.
I've got the grand total of one of her songs on Kodi, which must have been on some jazz sampler/compilation album I encoded eons ago.

I'm into jazz but found her unbearable. But yes she was some woman. RIP
