MOTD

Watched this yesterday and, Christ almighty, they have managed to make it worse.
Hardly any highlights and endless tactical "insight" from one of the worst managers ever to steal a job, Wayne Rooney and that imbecile Joe Hart all spoon fed by Kelly Cates and graphics drawn up by the production crew. Rooney and Hart can barely string a sentence together between them.
The only highlight was the harsh lighting which pointed up some very dodgy hair from the "pundit" pair.
It is baffling because the 5 Live radio coverage is generally very good especiallly when Pat Nevin is on duty.

Rob Green is one of the better pundits on the circuit these days

I watched the rerun of Saturday's and thought it was ok.

Mark Chapman is decent enough although with his dress sense he always reminds me of a bloke coming round to give you a quote for an extension.

Steff Houghton is a lovely looking girl and quite knowledgeable and sensible to be fair.

Murphy I'm not fan of but can just about abide.

As for last night if you spotted the mumble brothers coming out of the barbers you would definitely give the place a swerve.

Just amazed they went with two white blokes as pundits, rather than shoehorning in a person of colour or a clueless bint.

You could tell that Wayne wasn't comfortable talking too long and was desperate for someone to interrupt him. Hart just, like most pundits to be fair, just spouts the obvious. Think Kelly is ok as at least she has been a presenter for years but it was clear she was just reading from a script. Coming to something when you think it was better with Lineker and Shearer! Oh the years of Jimmy and Des!
