It's very sad to see the demise of this grand old club through terrible ownership.
A fate that could well await West Ham London should it be relegated.

"Due to Sullivan's operating model..." Excuse me, due to his inept incompetence surely. You elevate him to credit him with any kind of "operating model". He is completely and utterly out of his depth, being propped up financially by the loyalty of the club's fans.

Even if Wednesday or dare say West Ham went under, to me the we are the club, just like Wednesday supporters are theirs.’
And this is a nailed on likelihood once we drop. Emails, social media propaganda, guilt tripping from the midget cսnt to get as many fans to purchase season tickets to ensure the survival of a club and fucked.

Maybe it's the South Yorkshire rozzas wot turned Takashi Miike into a bitter, traumatised, angry, conspiracy theorist, curtain twitching, reclusive weirdo. It all makes sense now.

Sad to see. Always had a soft spot for Wednesday when Waddle, Warhurst and Hirst used to play for them in the early 90s. Proper Club.

While there’s money to be made from having a club in East London. We’re be fine. Big difference from a much smaller area in northern England.
Remember.

Agree Mike. The finances are a mess due to Sullivan’s operating model ( short term, reactive, no plan, pay day loans, mortgaged against future revenues from TV that will disappear). The squad is a “Frankensteins monster” of parts that dont fit together, we have no fixed assets, very few players worth big money and an owner that has a “death grip” on the club and refuses to sell at market price.
Can see us down and out for a very long period this time around. Mind you the protests will get feisty

Given the state we are currently in, with a board & owner who couldn't manage it's way out of a wet paper bag, if we drop out of the Premier league, we'll forever after plummet down through the leagues. No way back.
That's not drama queen hysterics, that's how it looks from a business perspective.

Sad to see it happen them, the more likeable Sheffield club. I will always be grateful for them for getting Di Canio from Celtic.

You would think we are in their current state given the hysteria on here.
