Lock this shit ffs. Do we have to explain it all over again to the idiots who think "Moyes got good results".
That was 18 months before he left! 4 wins after xmas in his last season and the god awful slow aging squad he left is his legacy.
4 wins after Xmas? Doubt we will have 4 wins all season.

This Scottish cսnt laid the groundwork for the ridiculous fucking situation we're in now with his absurd spending on shit and assembling the most expensive team of old cloggers ever known. Even so, Sully and fat tits had a fair old bit of work to do to fuck up this badly in such a relatively short time period. Their record for consecutive shit decisions would have Norris McWhirter tugging himself off round the clock. It will never be beaten.
I hope they both die in a fucking fire.
Die in a fire?
But neither ski

This got me interested in the stats of our last 4 managers
Lopetegui 42.5% success Played 20 Won 6 Drew 5 Lost 9
Moyes 42.5% success Last 20 Played, Won 5, Drew 7, Lost 8
Potter 37% success Played 23 Won 6 Drew 5 Lost 12
Nuno 32.1% success Played 14 Won 2 Drew 5 Lost 7
What a crock of shit

Spot on Shorty. Alan Irvine has been back with Moyes since he returned to Everton. He is the bloke on the training pitches implementing specific tactics and running the drills.
Sullivan refused to pay for Nuno’s backroom staff having had to pay off Lopetegui and Potter’s teams of coaching staff allegedly?. The cost would likely have been less than £5 million but yet another example of “penny wise, pounds foolish” Sullivan. He just cannot help himself and should be removed from day to day running of the club just to prevent him from self harm.
Sullivan is essentially, by his actions, a quarter wit when it comes to running a football club. Its really a surprise we’ve stayed up for 14 years. Moyes little run of success was purely a “happy accident”. Little if anything to do with Sullivan or that thing they call long term planning

Well what is the common denominator behind all that. David Sullivan and his cheapskate approach to owning a football club and helping his managers to build competitive teams.
Moyes arguably achieved minor miracles in getting us 6th and 7th place finishes in his first two full seasons and winning us a European Trophy in this context.
And I was never a huge fan of Moyes and his turgid, low block football.
like fuck you wasn't. constantly on the moyes out thread, trying to shut it down. you loved the cսnt
You are one odd, angry, hermit stalker.
You'll find that I called out Moyes plenty of times and wanted him out towards the end. It doesn't stop being appreciating the job he did in his first two full seasons and appreciating the trophy we won under him in his third full season.

The moment Moyes started losing his backroom staff it started to go down hill. How's Nuno's backroom boy's performing.?

Didn't Moyes have the option of selecting a chap called Rice? Whatever happened to him?

Moyes was just part of the problem. Moyes flogged the same 11 players week in and week out and in his last season we took some real demoralizing spankings. Sullivan was and is the other part of the problem and he didn’t back Moyes at all in his last season when we were crying out for fresh legs. The rest is history and we’ve been on a downward trajectory since.

Our spiral began under Moyes. Just look at our form in his last six months. The woeful choices since have expedited it and he might well have signed enough British characters that kept us just about safe, but make no mistake we were destined to be in relegation scraps under him.

Moyes got good results overall.
But people hated his style of football. That's what it really boiled down to.
Now we’ve ended up with melanin Moyes.

Looks like Moyes without Irvine is like Clough without Taylor. They're doing ok but won't finish top 6.

Be careful what you wish for...just saying
Not me I'm happy he isn't here anymore, he went a year too late... We should have struck while the iron was hot. A massive missed opportunity.
He had us finishing in the top half and got us to a Euro quarter final in his final season.
You’d think he had us in a relegation battle.
No I think the perfect time to appoint a new manager was while we were in the Europa and our stock was high.. A much more attractive proposition for a new manager with some pulling power for players.... But we bought JWP ffs.
