Used to live in Nottm and knew a few Forest lads, players & staff. One night ended up in a pub with him and I think Viv Anderson. Very down to earth, just sat at a table chatting all night, no idea what about as it was a while ago and we were pissed.
Met Clougie a couple of times, Frank Clark many times, did Gary Charles's and Alfe Inge hair Haaland's regularly in my hairdressing days.
Great player, RIP Robbo.

When i saw Andy Reid for Forest he looked like a reincarnation of Robertson
He couldn't be that good though ; No shame in that
RIP

Heard him described as Ryan Giggs with two good feet
Regarded by Forest fans as their greatest ever player

What a player. Loved this bloke. Even as a West Ham fan, as a left winger (when I started out), this fella was one of my favourite players - alongside Dev and Chippy.
Robertson seemed genuinely respected by fans of all clubs. Which, back then, was quite an achievement and said a lot about his talent.

Proper old school winger , puts your average premier league winger to shame, and bollocks to tracking back to help the full back out as well not his job!

If Cloughie came out and bigged you up. You knew you was doing something right.! A Special player. In a team of Legends. Rotten news today.
RIP Mr Robertson.

He didn't seem to have much pace but always got a quality cross in.
