"Really not looking forward to the 2017 season. The Jets took the decision to junk it long before the draft. Then were up and down in the draft. Adams will be a superb player at safety. But I don't understand why they passed on DeShaun Watson when the glaring need at the Jets is a long-term, high-quality quaterback. I think the Texans landed a good QB five positions lower down than the Jets drafted. Watson reminds me of Winston - doesn't matter how many of his ""tangibles"" you measure, he has that indefinable ability and resilience that wins games when they are on the line. He'll never be the GOAT, but he looks like a leader back there. Instead, the Jets have thrown the entire 2017 season in the hope that they'll land the No.1 pick and (most likely) Sam Darnold. And it looks at this stage like he may not want to play in New York. It's a stupid, high-risk strategy."
