Basically, the Jets now have enough draft power to buy the #1 pick next year, even if we don't finish with the worst record (there's a good chance we will anyway).

Fecking hell! The Jets just traded Sauce Gardner to the Colts for two first-round picks.

He's one of our best players - a lockdown CB on his best days and two-time all-pro. But I guess the new leadership team want to put their stamp on the squad and want to build "their" team using next season's draft. We now have FOUR first-round picks in 2026 and 2027. And, no doubt, they will be high picks because without Sauce we ain't going to win many more games this term.

Colts going all in behind Daniel Jones at QB and that defense. Which should now be even better with Sauce on the roster.

Always one step forward two steps back with the Jets. We'd just given Sauce a $120m wage deal.

That Daniels injury (dislocated elbow) is a bad one, TM.

Thankfully, it's not his throwing arm, or that's a potentially career-ending thing. But it will take him a lot of time, many months, to get his arm back up to strength. I'm presuming he's gone for the season now.

Such a shame, because he has been a breath of fresh air in the NFL. I hope he can get back to that level quickly. Dislocations are never good injuries in any sport. But particularly the NFL, because the impact is often so great there's always a chance of a recurrence.

Nasty injury for Daniels last night - hope he recovers from that quickly - good job it wasn’t his throwing arm. 

Another good performance from us, all really starting to click and we have so many weapons on offence now - two fist time scorers, two more for Horton who’s having a great first season, still got Kupp to come back, JSN is an elite level player now, and Darnold is throwing it around like prime Wilson. 

Biggest change this year is that our O line are performing. Good time to be a Seahawk at the mo

Now, Art Monk was a fecking player. What a receiver. As good a go-to guy as there was. If the Skins had to make anything more than six yards on third down, that guy just came into his own. Teams would double-cover him and he'd still make a clutch catch in traffic.

He played one season for the Jets in the mid-90s when he was about 105 years-old - and still made around 50 catches in the year! It was the Pete Carroll season (as HC). Still can't believe we fired him after one year.
