Well it's a good legend.

I remember a documentary called The Curse of The Omen.  It described tragedies or near misses for cast and crew.  The most chilling one was (piece of article below)

"However, the most disturbing of all was what happened to John Richardson’s assistant, Liz Moore. They were in the Netherlands when their car was hit in a crash. Richardson survived, but Moore did not, as a tire decapitated her. That alone is horrific, but here is where it turns strange. Richardson was the one who designed the decapitation scene in the film, where a character is gruesomely killed by a falling sheet of glass.

But when did the real accident happen? Well, chillingly, it happened on Friday the 13th, and the road sign nearby read: 66.6 kilometers to Ommen."

Watched Crime 101 on Sunday. Quite a slick heist type movie and some great driving stunts. Halle Berry looking good for her age, Overall a 6.5/10. 

I thought it was good and would go a little higher than 6.5, could have been a little shorter though. I've never been into Hemsworth before, but he was good in this.

I Swear was on my list of films to watch even before the BAFTA controversy. I finally watched it tonight. A fucking superb film. Great performances and a beautifully written human story.

Sky Cinema had Jurassic Park Rebirth on so thought I would give it a look. Think it's time for an asteroid to take out the franchise! Have to be honest I still think the effects in the original were superior and certainly the story line was.

Watched Marty Supreme. Quite entertaining. Far from convinced on the hype around Timothee Chalamet but he gave a good performance in this.

 

 

Yeah a lot of noise about him and, to be fair, based upon this and A Complete Unknown it seems to be at least partially justfied.

The new Peaky Blinders trailers has just dropped. Being on Netflix. I'll will get around too watching it eventually. But it does have a cracking cast in it. So here's hoping.

Loved the series. Better not disappoint having been churned through the Netflix machinery.

Watched a more cerebral film The Art of Telling Lies last night. Very good and it had so many twists and turns it made me dizzy

Watched The Primate last night. Nice horror with some seriously gory shite.

Agree on the twist thing so fucking annoying, people wouldnt shut up when sixth sense came out about an amazing twist, guessed it as soon as the "I see dead people" line is mentioned, probably would have missed it if people just kept their mouth shut.


Anyway, Bruce is dead, Darth is Luke's father, and Roger Kint was Keyser Soze all along, have a good day

I guessed that early in the film and explained why to the then missus.

Shelter is OK. typical Statham movie. No real twists 

Bodhi Rae Breathnach will be a huge star. 

Yea maybe not his best but still another enjoyable turnout from the man and good to see Bill Nighy and Danny Mays. The nightclub scene reminded me of Collateral. (hopefully that's not a spoiler).

Enjoyed Dust Bunny made me chuckle, entertaining and a bit of fun.
