2. Are all immigrants, however they got here, of the same disposition/intent as those caring for your dad?

That argument is weak as fuck. One of the issues I have with so many asylum seekers/refugees illegal economic migrants is it actually undermines the genuine asylum seekers/refugees who do deserve sanctuary and rescuing from persecution.

I've never had an issue with the genuine one's especially those that go through the official routes and ways of doing so. Launching themselves in to smuggled criminal boats, whilst some also risk drowning their innocent kids, from a very safe Country of fucking France aint genuine asylum seekers or refugees.

There answer would be the means of safe passage to the UK doesn’t exist and we should reform our rules regarding refugees. 

I interpret that to mean open borders as many of opinion talk about safer routes for migrants don’t seem to be bothered about the significant rise in migrants moving to our tiny islands, the impact on social cohesion, cost of living or complete changes to the make up of towns and cities.
