Seems a piece of piss for Prem teams to go far in Europa League/Conference. Even those fighting relegation regularly seem to do very well, be it now Forest, us or Spurs last season fluking the final.

Apparently it only gets moved if City are away on the Wednesday so definitely beneficial to us if they are..

Opta had us at around 70% likely to be relegated. Forest was 23% and Spurs 4% rest of the possibilities less than 1%. 

changing by the week though after Christmas our probability was above 80!

 

I wonder what the odds were on Spurs to go down, a mere 7 games ago, when they were 13 points ahead of us (i.e the drop zone)?

Pretty good odds I imagine. Google tells me 100/1 at the start of the year but not sure if that's true. Lot shorter now.
