Taiwan
Bit of a weird place so far. Apart from getting out of the airport the roads are quiet and in the bit of Taipei (Tamsui) i'm in there seem to be very few people around.
Compared to other SE Asian countries i've been to it's like a ghost town.
I'm quite an adventurous eater but a few things at the night market were a bit ambitious.
Deep fried budgie anyone?

Are they cunts like some of their mainland counterparts and torture and devour dogs?
If so, fuck ‘em.’
Much better than the Maoists in PRC

Re: Taiwan
Been a couple of times, quite like it, very much like the mainland but maybe not as advanced or hectic, bit more laid back and nicer people i thought, maybe how China was 20-30 years ago?
Never tried the deep-fried Budgie thing, as much as i like Chinese street food i tend to stick to stuff i recognise, also avoid the various bits of stomach, intestines, cocks, beaks, tongues, gizzards etc and all manner of stuff made from blood
which the locals seem to love and consume by the wheelbarrow load
