Or how about go and score a 2nd whilst we have our tails up scoring early? Bollocks to parking any buses tonight.
Re: Fulham vs West Ham | PL | 4.3.26 | Predictions and Match Thread
But if we do his only option is to then park the bus. Which the idiots who are all jovial at seeing a championship striker and no midfield will no doubt be up in arms about when we've drawn 1-1.

Re: Fulham vs West Ham | PL | 4.3.26 | Predictions and Match Thread
We've only beaten Burnley in last 5 League matches - Wolves more recent form is better than ours having beaten Liverpool, Villa and drawing against Arsenal and Forest. It's true we've improved since Spurs but it's still not enough if we want to dig ourselves out of this hole altogether. This is a must win game when you consider we have Man City chasing the title next with games running out. Only 9 League games left after tonight. We don't have much of a choice now and yes it is a risk but one I think we really do have to take if we are serious about surviving. A draw is almost as bad as a loss right now with City up next. 3 points however would be absolutely MASSIVE.

Re: Team for Fulham
love it. if the manager's trying to win, I'm happy. packing the midfield has put us in this shit position

It's attacking which it had to be. We had to take some risk tonight knowing a win is most important.
We didn't need to take unnecessary risk though, we're in decent form, this feels desperate. What happens when Wilson is knackered after 30mins and we're not winning? Park the bus? Waste Bowen up top? We need to be 2-0 up by half time or this is fucked. This is desperate rolling the dice and it doesn't need to be.

There will be a big fucking hole in the middle of the park. Perhaps Todibo is going to step up when Soucek is stranded upfield.

Fernandes and Soucek won't get overrun tonight.

Much better to be overrun in midfield right?

Re: Team for Fulham
Nuno brain farts under pressure again, that's a shit lineup for this game.
Fulham are a good set piece team reportedly, so keep the goalkeeper who is four feet tall and terrified of crosses. Remove the most aerially dominant central defender, give up the midfield by playing the pitiful Wilson which simultaneously means we'll struggle to stop crosses into the box but also have nowhere to go after thirty minutes if we're not winning before Wilson is knackered.
I think that's a fucking shitshow.

Looks like I got my wish bar Mavropanos. We had to go for it tonight. Good early indication of that.
