The UK was in the EU & had ease of trade with fellow EU countries
Not sure what businesses were supposed to do when faced with extra paper work and hoops to jump through trying to trade as they did before non EU members. They have to play by the rules that the EU demands of non members
What part of that trade is as easy or better than it was?
Still at least Brexit has reduced the arrival of Johnny Foreigner which was the aim of Brexit voters. It HAS hasn’t it?
And if that wasn’t the motivation of most voters what was?
As David Beckham would say BE HONEST
As if business & trade are the only things that matter...

Mass deportations policy read it if you are interested I posted it once before ,To do this you would need a PM with a huge majority willing to repeal the equality act 2010 .Some of the amendments made to existing laws suggest taking responsibly from the home office for making decisions on immigration with no suggestion of who will make the aforementioned decisions on immigration issues

Re: The Official Politics Thread (enter at your own risk)
How did you see Brexit playing out to lead us to this promised land?
Was always nonsense with no positive end game
Woukd be nice for people to be honest why they voted for it
I don’t know Boris
All I know is that he is an appalling buffoon who never should have been in public office
We appeared to have a run of dismal Tory leaders
Tory members even voted for Liz Truss
Those people are very quiet these days

I don't think Boris Johnson posts on here, Sven, but maybe if you bump into him, you can ask him why he decided to go against the will of the people and single handedly do his best to fuck up Brexit?

Do you detect a theme here Massive Attack?
There was "no way" India or Pakistan would develop nuclear weapons, either.

Just man up and admit you're mistakes.
Anything on the businesses that didn't take advantage of the extra 4 years the entitled, self-important remainers gave them to prepare for accepting what the country democratically voted for?

That you would rather evil dictators stay in place with 1 of them who were well on their way to nuclear weapons so you can have an easier life back home in the short term.

Damage by ridding the world of evil dictators (See Venezuela/Iran) and helping resolve conflicts with most of them that came to a conclusion whilst also working towards ending others? And in only 14 months back in charge.
Except he has not in either case.
The Chavistas are still running Venezuela and the Iranian regime is still place as well.

How is his claim to have ended the Russian Imperial war in Ukraine going? The latest is that Ukraine has killed 1,700 Russian soldiers.
Trump is a war mongering madman. The fact that corrupt Infantino clown at FIFA gave him that made up "peace prize" shows how corrupt the elites are.
