Re: James Ward Prowse - West Ham United Captain (Maybe) Signed (finally)
"Went to the training ground with the kids on Monday. JWP was the last out - most players were done by 1pm, got 3pm before he came out. Stopped, happy to do countless photos, sign everything anyone wanted, came across as a lovely guy. Honourable mention to Coufal and Souchek as well. As for Antonio‚...

Re: So who is the mysterious BBC presenter?
"I don’t really get the big deal here. Sex is the oldest trade in the world. Whether it’s people flogging themselves in street corners or people paying for pictures online, it’s all the same. It’s certainly embarrassing for the bloke, but he hasn’t done anything illegal. He’ll be hounded...

Re: Lucas Paqueta SIGNED
"Sooner or later the board will realise that in order to not have to write off £100m on Scamacca, Paqueta and Emerson they’ll need to write off £10m by sacking Moyes and his back room staff. He’s proven time and time and time and time and time again he can’t manage top players. Leighton Bain...

Re: Anxiety/depression
"Ok, thanks mate. I started off on 10mg and took it for a month and noticed I was feeling a bit better but not perfect, then upped it to 20mg last week and feel like I’ve gone backwards a bit over the last few days. Hopefully it’s just my body correcting itself."

Re: Anxiety/depression
"Quick question that hopefully some people might be able to answer. When you start antidepressants they say that anxiety could increase in the first few weeks before reducing down, which is fine. However if you move been taking a certain dose for a month then increase your dose (ie go from 10mg to 2...

Re: Anxiety/depression
I have good days and bad days Norman. Helps to talk about it. When you’re ready to admit you’ve got some problems then people will be happy to help. Probably start with your alcoholism and work from there. Good luck.

"Norman - you’re clearly troubled. No one is judging you, people deal with their issues in different ways. Hopefully you’ll open up and reach out to get the help you need. Nothing wrong with saying you’re struggling, half the people on this thread have done it."

"Peckham 1:31 Mon Jan 20 Re: Anxiety/depression That’s a tough read Peckham. I know Gidea Park Station well, my family home is a short walk from there so would the train every morning. Jumpers are very common unfortunately, as you say there are fast trains running through very often. I’m glad yo...
