Think I'm still on a high from yesterday's performance but I think it's been a decent transfer window.  Things are moving in the right direction in regards to signing younger players.  Who needs Kudus when you have Summerville?   

Glad we've made some solid permanent signings, loans can work out but if you're looking to build a squad for the future buying younger players is the way to do it.

While Paqueta can be frustrating you can't ever accuse him of hiding on the pitch.  Always wants the ball, he worked hard defensively as well and is pretty good in the air.  I called him a liability in the first half but very pleased to eat humble pie.

It's not even just the results with Potter. The fact he gave no opportunities to the younger players the other day doesn't at all bode well going forward.  If he's not giving them minutes in the league cup then when are they going to get a chance?

Like the look of him, looks strong and good reader of the game,  hope he does well for us.

Saw a few highlights vids on YouTube.  Looks to have a bit of steel about him. 

Good luck to him, hopefully he can add some speed and creativity.
