Re: Fornals earns a recall to the Spanish team- was Moyes dead wrong to bomb him out?

I liked him, loved his enthusiasm and there was some ability there but he did struggle towards the end of his time with us.   Don't know how many games he played in centre mid though.  Do agree with his lack of being able to score goals after getting into really good positions.   Good luck to him th...

Re: Who is our worst signing?

The form suddenly dipped when it coincided in the Team having to put up with Roberto in goal. First few games he was still assisting goals then when Fabianski was out long term the whole teams form suffered greatly. Shame it fizzled out in the end. Yeah. People forget about how much Fabianski's los...

Re: Weekend football

Been sympathising with Arsenal fans on a PL forum, apparently, they were robbed? and Sunderland had the audacity to score from the only 2 "real" chances they had🤣 And to top it off Arteta didn't get manager of the month for October🤷‍♂️, it went to Amorim! As i pointed out to them, its a r...

Re: Weekend football

Wolves 0-2 at Chelsea . 2 points from 11 games...has any club ever recovered from that? Don't think any club has recovered from 2 points from first 11 games.   Even the Derby County team from 07/08 season had 6 points from 11 games.   I don't get why Edwards would leave a team with a decent chance ...

Didn't even know he was ill. Used to like his used car guide in the back of the Top Gear magazine.

Say what you want about Soucek but he really pops up with the goals when we need them. Doing a more than decent job of a make shift centre forward.

Re: The Official Politics Thread (enter at your own risk)

Read this earlier, not sure if it's true, maybe someone can clarify?   "When Tony Blair came  to power the national debt was 25% when he left it was 65%. The Conservatives had spent the last 14 years trying to pay of that debt that Labour had accumulated and also paying for a pandemic. Under S...

Did really well today, he more than held his own and was very unlucky to have goal ruled out.  Hoping to see him as a regular starter from now on.

Deserve to be leading,  look much more solid in the middle with a threat going forward.

Robbie Keane who at least scored a couple of goals in 9 appearances. We've had far far worse.

No way Song should be on that list.  Only cost a couple of million.   Was excellent header of the ball.  Would take him now over any of current centre backs.

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread

Classic traits of relegation teams are shipping soft goals and not scoring at the other end.    At the moment I can't see this changing.  What hasn't helped at all is Nuno’s bonkers team selections.   All the more baffling after a half decent performance at Everton.

Re: Leeds vs West Ham | PL | 24.10.25 | Predictions and Match Thread

It's going to take a massive turnaround for us to climb out of the situation we're in.   I can't see where the next points are coming from.   Conceding 2 or 3 soft goals a game, teams smell blood before the kick off.
