Re: Sullivan out!
Oops, although anyone who knows my threads, the first 100 lines as easily understood as most of what I post 🤭 What it should have said was: The Dunning-Kruger effect is a cognitive bias where people with low ability in a specific area overestimate their competence. Soon to be renamed as “The Sulli...

Not fit, wont be fit in time to be any real value is my current feeling. He will be on the bench watching the woefully out of form, slow Kilman snd think he dannit di worse is the one positive. Whether he does or not remains to be seen. One word, “underwhelming”.

We needed a “B” or 7 out of 10 or higher but imo we got a D- or 4 out of 10.

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
We have failed every “biggest game of the season” so far and the run of them around xmas. On what planet does anyone think we will be mentally or physically strong enough to overcome Burnley with their crowd feeling its genuinely a chance for a rare win. If its purely a law if probability thing fin...

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
This Axel Disaster geezer had a decent record in France but he’s lived up to his name since being in England. Thing is he aint gonna be ready as he aint been fit all season. He has simply replaced Igor as a squad backup. This window confirmed that the owners esp Sullivan have given up on survival....

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
Bless you lads. While its mathematically possible to survive, fans can still hope I guess but for me its been over since xmas. Too weak in key areas of the squad before the season began and not addressed this window. Burnley will see us as a chance for 3 points and beat us I think especially since ...
Re: Nuno Out
Time to let Nuno go as we dont really need a manager for the rest of the season? Or let this Paco fella have a go. Start the prep for next season in the championship by giving U21s like Mayers, Kante, orford lots of minutes. Oh no, we dont do thinking ahead

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
White flag being raised over the bowl as we speak.
Funeral march to replace Bubbles before each game.
A slow “death march” to the championship gets fully underway now.
Only positive might be that it wakes up a few fans to the protests.

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
At least we can stop fretting / stressing. This window will be the final nail in our relegation coffin. Never thought we would give up PL status so easily.
Sullivan will prove to be our worst owner in history if he’s not already. He will have taken us back to the early 1950s. What a legacy

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
Not true until on OS is the usual thinking. Dont be surprised if we come up empty handed again. Net surplus this window. Hardly the look of a club serious about surviving. Small squad got even smaller. Will be reliant on u21s keeping us in the championship. Sullivan has given up and essentially na...

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
As we thought a few weeks back, Sullivan has accepted relegation and just putting stories out and a token gesture with a loan. What he did get on with was getting 5 or so players out the door to further reduce the wage bill. Yet more evidence of why we will never progress under this ownership. W...

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
Still think we need midfield reinforcements. Paqueta, Guido, Irvine, JWP all gone ( yeah I realuse tyey hardly played ) and Nuno now seems reluctant to uee Potts and Magassa? Our issues in the last 30 mins of games are not just the back line which is all he changes. We need players he will use to f...

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
Manuel it does seem to take some players a run of games to get fully match fit and acclimatised to their new team ( esp one that concedes bucket loads of goals). Training etc a player wont put in that gut busting effort that a proper competitive match does. But lets hope this geezer is one of thowe ...

Stroder, thats what I reckon. Mayers is strong and fast. Could of done with him coming on last 20 mins against Chelsea with Scarles to put the breaks on Neto and Palmer.

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
Axel Disaster has hardly played ? Will take him a few games to get match fit. Nuno will play a back 5 at Burnley with Kilman? This Disaster bloke cost Chelsea £37 million from Monaco didnt he? Must have had something they liked or they just overpaid like we did for Kilman? Still need central midf...

Re: Chelsea vs West Ham | PL | 31.1.26 | Predictions & Match Thread
Pablo and Taty’s levels ( running ) definitely drops for the last 20-30 mins. But so does Soucek’s and Fernandes. Nuno seems to be one dimensional in his thinking that you defend only across the back line, “the last line of defence” literally. But anyone who has played the game knows that you defen...

Re: Killiwise - The win killing clown.
Midfield was where the game flipped. Nuno one dimensional thinking back line us the inly way to defend. You defend as a team. The 2 new forwards have been a great help in that regard too. Bowen also helps defend whereas Wilson doesnt or cannot. Pablo, Taty, Bowen, Soucek and Fernandes all hitting th...

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
Yeah seems like we get slapped down quickly to remind us not toget above our station Zico. The whole problem we all know is the owners or in our case, the controlling owner which is David Sullivan. He is not qualified to run a business like West Ham, a modern era PL elite level football club. Its re...

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
We have been a candidate for being relegated most seasons in my life time ( 65 - 70 years ). We have finished top 8 in successive seasons only a handful of times across the last 70 years. We have never reached our potential like say Villa, Everton ( pre PL era ), Spurs ( pre PL era ), Chelsea, Arse...
