A minidisc I recorded a while ago mixing together my favourite tracks from the Iron Maiden albums Number of the Beast and Piece of Mind.  Plus a few b sides as Iron Maiden did do some good b sides in the 1980s. 

Was he into Rush at all?  With the long hair and moustache I did wonder if he modelled that look on the late Neil Peart.  

Going to see an Arctic Monkeys tribute band next week, so I'm in the process of making a playlist of their hits, so I can familiarize myself in zee gym hopefully they play the earlier stuff, you can't wrong with any of the tracks on the first two albums I’ve never really tried the Arctic Monkeys.  ...

I understand that he did approach  Phil Mogg to sing on an Ayreon album but Mogg wasn’t available.
