From what I can see, they only posted it on the West Ham website, but left it off social media.

I wonder why?

No, what's weird and pointless is directing any and all protests at two people who've shown time and time again that they couldn't give a toss about the club's fan base, and expecting that to change anything.

Kretinsky and Gold do not have executive control but THEY are the ONLY ones who can change who actually does have executive control. Unless you're the sort of idiot who thinks that Sullivan and Brady will fall on their swords and walk quietly away if you piss and moan enough.

If Kretinsky ain't pleased then maybe it's time for him to show some minerals and do something about it. How the fuck do you think Sullivan is going "to hoist himself by his own petard" in any way that he hasn't done already?

Blame the ones who don't have executive control over the ones who do? Seems a bit of a weird and pointless tactic. Sullivan and Brady would LOVE people to start getting on Kretinsky and Gold's backs so on that basis surely not.

If anything POSITIVE messaging toward the other shareholders seems the sensible way to go. I just think Kretinsky is having to wait for Sullivan to hoist himself by his own petard because he's going to be no more pleased with any of this than we are. I'm convinced the Gold family are beholden in some way to fall in line with Sullivan even post the passing of DG while they are shareholders, otherwise it would have been so easy for them to outvote Sullivan.

Notable that no-one wants to buy the Gold's shares.

I agree. Been saying for a while now that the best way to initiate change now that Sullivan is no longer a majority shareholder is to push the other shareholders to enforce changes at the top. Might not be able to do anything about share ownership but can about who actually runs the club.

I was quite pleased to see Kretinsky's name on at least one banner last week. Vanessa Gold should be targeted too as she and Kretinsky together can force Sullivan and Brady out of their roles. She wants to sell her shares so it's in her interest to have the club be in a better position as a sale prospect than it currently is.

I do a bit of work with AI. If you're going to use a LLM to form a written response, you need to add System Prompts to the initial prompt, otherwise it's very obviously a generated response with no creative input from the user. This is a good example of using AI incorrectly.

No. Attacking him when he doesn't have ultimate control is unfair and takes the focus away from the real culprits. Pissing him off would just risk him walking away leaving BS regime to terrorise us without any possible solution of meaningful change.

The statement seems to be a response. I think personally only success on the pitch will make a minute bit of difference in the short term.

Re the stadium. I was one of the first on here saying I thought they'd go for it. It's a perfect location just not a perfect stadium. I see a future where there is a redeveloped stadium on the same spot owned by the buisiness.

I happen to enjoy where I am as it's buzzy but I dont enjoy watching us lose.

Is that a dedicated singing section or something in the concourse/outside the ground? The time for getting something of a dedicated section would've been end of last season.
One of the main issues has been managerial recruitments, I see they've not mentioned those. Poor choice after poor cheap choice and giving each one far too long (have 3 games where you need to win one game, rinse and repeat). It's all short term survival and nothing more

When we made the most successful migration ever, I would have thought it wasn’t that hard for a business genius to allocate in an empty stadium a section for “the mouths”, a section for the families, a section where a blind eye is turned at standing, a section for meeting your mates and having a beer at reasonable prices, a section for corporate etc. etc. etc.
The cunts (all of them) gave no fucks about any other single thing than getting there, fuck everything else.

Well, if the purpose of the statement was to head off the planned protests they should have acknowledged their past failings and committed to doing something about it. Instead they have just made a very poor attempt to justify their actions. If anything it has made matters worse

From Brady I'd like to here "I resign".  I mean, it's not too much to ask for considering how much she's failed.

If they’re going to use AI, why not use it properly?

Q to Chat GPT: How would you appease the West Ham fans if you were the owner

A:

If I were the owner of West Ham and wanted to appease the fans, I’d focus on a mix of short-term gestures that show respect and long-term commitments that build trust. West Ham supporters are fiercely loyal but also vocal about their frustrations—especially regarding ambition, identity, and transparency. Here’s how I’d approach it:    1. Respect the Club’s Identity
  • Acknowledge Upton Park’s legacy: Fans still feel the loss of their traditional home. I’d create a permanent tribute at the London Stadium—like a “Boleyn Corner” with murals, statues, and memorabilia.
  • Strengthen the East End connection: More community outreach in Newham and local grassroots investment, so fans feel the club hasn’t drifted from its roots.
     2. Improve the Matchday Experience
  • Better atmosphere at London Stadium: Work with supporter groups to improve safe standing sections, closer seating, and matchday traditions (chants, walk-on music, flags).
  • Affordable tickets: Expand cheaper tickets for kids and loyalty discounts for long-term season ticket holders.
     3. Footballing Ambition
  • Clear football plan: Outline a 5-year sporting project with transparency about transfer budgets, youth development, and European ambitions.
  • Smarter recruitment: Hire a top-tier sporting director and scout aggressively for value signings rather than overpriced flops.
  • Back the manager properly: Fans respect managers who show passion and fight—so I’d give them the resources and time they need, but also not settle for stagnation.
     4. Honest Communication
  • Regular fan forums: Quarterly Q&A sessions between ownership and supporters, streamed online, with tough questions allowed.
  • Transparency: No vague promises of “world-class players in a world-class stadium” unless we deliver. Be straight about financial realities and ambitions.
     5. Pride in the Club’s Legacy
  • Celebrate the club’s history more visibly—Bobby Moore, Trevor Brooking, Billy Bonds, Paolo Di Canio. Statues, tributes, and special heritage kits. Fans want to feel the club hasn’t lost its soul.
👉 In short: show ambition, honour tradition, be transparent, and put fans at the centre of the club again. Do you want me to make you a realistic step-by-step plan (like a “first 100 days as owner” blueprint), or more of a dream scenario (big signings, stadium upgrades, etc.)?

Sullivan isn't selling up, Brady will remain.

Only way to make changes is to not put your hard earned cash in their pockets.

That's the conclusion both my old man and I came too end of the season. Feel good to know we're no longer contributing to their regime and won't until they've finally gone.

"Feedback about improving the matchday atmosphere at the stadium has been recognised"

Really?...it's been completely ignored since the day they took over, so them 'recognising' it now, is several years too late and the damage has been done.
