SnarestoneIron 3:38 Mon Oct 23 Mental place mate. No one seemed surprised from what I read that yesterday was going to be abandoned (prior to kick-off).

"Roeders Jacket 9:26 Sun Oct 22 This is not unusual. I think it was last year I went and the same thing happened - flares and smoke bombs so you couldn't see the pitch. And for that game at least, away fans are banned."

"Today’s game at their place currently suspended due to crowd trouble + all sorts. Admittedly it’s vs Panathinaikos, but may justify the coaches in-hindsight!"

From reading that WHUST link the bussing thing makes sense whilst being a ballache. It does sound like as usual the Club has waited until the last minute to pass on information to fans though based on that info.

Some info about having to get coaches to and from the stadium. Tough if you're staying in Piraeus as you'll be bused back to Athens after the match. whust.org/news/olympiakos-away-details

"Looking forward to this trip. Hopefully the away section is a bit more up for it than Larnaca and Budapest as it was pretty subdued for those games. Flying out from Gatwick Wednesday night with Wizz Air, see you lot out there"

one iron 10:19 Wed Oct 18 Good advice. Even the local Olympiakos fans travelling from Athens to the stadium don't show their colours until they reach the metro station for the stadium.

"simon.s 12:54 Tue Oct 17 You can't transfer these over - you have to have ID to match the ticket, and they will check your ID at the ground. I've been to Olympiakos and even without away fans, they checked everybody's ID. Maybe it will even go to general sale, fingers crossed for you!"
