Pepper X

"https://news.sky.com/story/pepper-x-named-as-worlds-hottest-chilli-by-guinness-world-records-after-10-year-effort-to-create-new-level-of-heat-12986801 Well, would you try one? I have actually eaten six chicken wings coated with Carolina Reaper sauce as part of a food challenge (had to sign a disclaimer). I thought the best way to do it was to eat them as fast as possible. I was actually OK for about 2 minutes then literally had a waterfall of sweat on my forehead, under my arms and my t-shirt was literally soaked through with sweat. After about 3-4 minutes I was in the toilet puking up and laying on the floor in agony. I drank about 3 pints of milk with literally no relief apart from about 10 seconds when in the mouth swishing around before swallowing. Train home in absolute agony, cold shower when in, more milk, more puking and only started to feel a little better after around 3-4 hours. Next day was a write off with stomach cramps, sickness and skin feeling like sunburn. So the answer to this is an absolute NO, I WOULDN'T TRY ONE!"

"Vexed 12:16 Thu Oct 19 I really couldn't give two fucks about who cares or doesn't care about me - it's a meaningless attribute. You care enough, though, to respond to - and hopefully elicit a response from - a poster you consider worthless. Go figure."

"Manuel 9:46 Thu Oct 19 Why don't you simply skip past anything posted by me and save raising your (not my) blood pressure? I'm sure any real man is capable of doing that - or is it because you're shit scared that you might ""miss out"" on something posted up here? As YOU say, the sooner the site is closes the better off YOU will be. Only a simpleton tries to speak for others on such a subject. Alternatively, you could pretend it's closed and just not access it any more; that would have exactly the same effect."

"Is this some sort of ""real man""/virility/rites of passage ritual? Chilli sauce is fine - but so hot it's painful and actually makes you ill? Come on! That's the stuff 12 & 13 year olds boast about/do, hoping to impress other 12 & 13 year olds."

"Just use 6 kg of sweet red peppers to 20 home-grown habaneros (one head of garlic, salt and vinegar, olive oil) in a relish. The result is highly SATISFACTORY"
