William Hill cash out

Post claret on my shirt »

"I lost out maybe £100-200 today as their cash out was not working again, same happened to my mate 2 weeks back. It seems amazing how many times this thing fails to work which in turn costs punters £1000's. It must make them quite a lot of money every Saturday this happens. Anyone else finding this?"

"It works both ways as those cashing out are normally offered far less than what they should be based on the probabilities of the bet winning. I had a £5 bet builder on the Chelsea v Arsenal game on Saturday which landed me £210 but should I of taken the cash out option when Arsenal equalised which effectively meant I had all my selections in the bet up I would of only walked away with £114 baring in mind there was only 6 mins plus injury time left I felt this was a piss take crossed my fingers and let it ride. Whenever doing accumulators it is well worth splitting the stake and placing the same bet twice, therefore you can cash out one and keep the other running thus hedging your bet. This also should you be that fortunate ensure that you won't hit the ceiling on winnings that bookmakers have in place for individual multiple bets. In regard to cash out being suspended this can be for a variety of reasons relating to what's happening in a game as well as trading decisions and liabilities."

"scouse kid 5:45 Sun Oct 22 I'm with Ladbrokes, and you are right, sometimes it is suspended but you wait a bit and it comes back normally, unless it's very close to the end, which makes sense"

I am sorry but if you think you're going to be able to cash out in a multiple team ACCA on Saturday afternoon then you don't understand how the cash out works. Given they will suspend cash out when what they determine as key events are taking place (which is about every 60 seconds) add in the fact for lower league games they will at times suspend cash out completely.

Came on this thread mainly to say the same as Miike. I saw the same video recently and they are absolute crooks. The way they messed the geezer around was a proper piss take. I only use Betfair exchange now. Sometimes the technology let's it down and you can't cash out but at least I know that they are losing too so the incentive is on them to get it fixed. Can't understand why anyone goes near traditional bookies anymore especially online.

If your bet was made with a Cash Out option they are legally obliged to honour it. Try emailing them with your complaint and next time take a screenshot as proof.

"none of them are any good, but william hill in particular are scum. I watched a recent video of a shop punter who won a few grand on three separate tickets and they refused to pay him out, and even resorted to calling the old bill on him on numerous occasions. change to a different online firm, and if you ever get a problem with a settlement, don't bother questioning it as it will get your account flagged, and you'll lose any bonuses you previously got"

Almost never 'cash out'. I had Argentina backed to win the football WC in Dec before the tournament kicked-off. I 'cashed out' when they lead 2-0. Few minutes later 2-2. Meant I enjoyed ET & penalty shoot-out.
