Gianluca Scamacca Gone
"Taking to Twitter, the Italy international wrote: “Dear West Ham. “While my time in London didn’t go the way I had planned, some of my greatest life moments were made here. And for that I’m forever grateful Thank you to the players and staff for making me feel so welcome, and the fans for their continued support. “I will continue to support this fantastic club from home in Italy, and will be keeping in close touch with the lifelong friends I have made whilst in England Thank you for everything, Ciao.”"

Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
"Who knows what will happen with him, a few variables at play one being how much does Moyes want to keep him and are we targeting another forward. Fwiw, I don't see us loaning him out, makes no sense at all for us to do that, and I can't see any Italian club putting up a suitable offer for him, aren't Roma skint? Also heard somewhere that the player wants to stay and make it work in the PL and doesn't want to go 'home' with his tail between his legs having not been a success in the big league."
Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
I'm sure I've read that the club aren't interested in a loan for Scamacca and quite right too. It's nothing but agent talk. No one in Italy wants a £35m injured footballer that flopped last season. If he plays well this season there will be a queue of buyers...
Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
"Italian attacker Gianluca Scamacca released an exclusive interview addressing his potential return to Roma. Despite featuring in West Ham‚Äôs recent preseason friendly, Scamacca is prioritizing a return to Roma as the capital club are in talks to sign him on loan for next season. As revealed in an excerpt of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Scamacca discussed this long awaited transfer with great anticipation. ‚ÄúRoma is my home,‚Äù Scamacca told the newspaper. ‚ÄúIt‚Äôd be a dream scenario to have Jos?© Mourinho as manager.‚Äù ‚ÄúI‚Äôm sure I‚Äôd improve my skills a lot under Jos?© at Roma,‚Äù he added. The full interview will be released in the coming hours."

Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
"According to EX it's just a storm in a teacup, the player just wanted a change in his agent (which happens all the time in football) which led to the agency kicking off, spitting their dummy out and putting out the statement. Apparently all is fine between the player and the club/Moyes."

Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
"What the fuck is it with some people, the player has hardly had a kick and people are calling him an expensive flop? Paqueta was shit according to some fuckwits on here. Fuck off to Spurs Until a player gets a chance you can't rate him. Our dipshit manager can't let a player go 90 minutes without taking him off, he favours someone who can't hit his arse with a banjo over other players. Get a fucking grip."

Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
"he is refusing to look for a new club , both moyes and the agency want to move him on and get a deal done in principle before the end of the season , but he wants to stay in london and fight for his please"
Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
He’s part of Kretinsky insurance policy. That’s what the £180 million splurge was last summer. We keep our Premiership status. The SPIVS sell up. Scamacca and co get sold on for a profit. If we drop. Then Scamacca. Paquetta. Bowen and Rice all get new clubs.(Admittedly not for the full price we would like.) But it would still be in the £200 million region. SPIVS still sell up. And Danny boy still gets the club and isn’t out of pocket. Smart.
Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
Sassuolo wasn’t ever going to get the price a Premiership team was willing too pay. Nor that eager to sell to a league rival. So what do you do as a player.? Go to England put yourself in the window.(Something that he could have done in Paris.) However if you fuck off one of the European giants. Chances are you’re cards are marked. And get loaned out for the length of the contract. Screwing up your position in the National squad. Feels very much like we are being played by the player. How very West Ham.
Re: Gianluca Scamacca Signed
"He had two very good forwards playing alongside him in his last club. This smells of him (family perhaps) looking to engineer a move away and his agent getting wind of it and sacking him off. Either way, it will be a huge blow to lose a player with such potential. Typical West Ham United."
