Kodi XBMC
"My Phoenix has somehow disappeared When I say disappeared, the main title Phoenix is there but the sub title Phoenix under it has gone Has anybody else seen this? It's my main repo for watching streams, so I'm a bit gutted Cheers"
Re: Kodi XBMC
"Got a load of sub menus including Sky etc but not one labelled BT, I hope I haven't fucked it up"
Re: Kodi XBMC
"FC - It should be there when you open up Bulldog. There's a BT menu, a Chinese sport menu, Sky menu etc etc etc I've come across nothing better for BT sports. Perfect picture, no buffering. Will play for hours and no dropping out."
Re: Kodi XBMC
"Bulldog streams works best for BT, on my set up anyway. Pin sharp HD. I've found sportsmix best for sky sports, so far."

Re: Kodi XBMC
sorry to be the millionth person to ask this but what is the best way to get BT Sport on the XMBC? Is that robocop thing kaput?
Re: Kodi XBMC
"Spandex, I can only speak for Wookie, but that auto updates all the add ons automatically. Stubbo - I get what you're saying but I don't see how they could enforce any kind of prosecution. I have a gas hob but that doesn't mean I make crack. Torrents I agree with you, and it probably isn't a good idea to record and store things you've received via your Android box, but being able to receive a transmission isn't any sort of crime."

Re: Kodi XBMC
"Here's a right newbie question. If you have a build, like Nemesis or Wookie or whatever do you have to keep the individual add ons updated yourself or do they normally have a built in updater to refresh dead links, etc? I should know the answer to this, but I don't!"
Re: Kodi XBMC
I've done what gank has suggested. Some add-ons seem to work better if installed through wookie. I didn't like the menus it created for me and I was unable to change them so I switched it to confluence.
Re: Kodi XBMC
"Stubbo, I'd argue that if I'm out in the motor and tune in to a pirate radio station, I'm not getting nicked for it. Worm - Wookie doesn't look like anything, use large thumbnails and Confluence and all the add ons appear as though you had added them individually, nobody would even know you had Wookie on it."

Re: Kodi XBMC
"I'm not a big fan of builds but does anyone use Nemesis? Looks pretty slick, unlike Wookie which looks like a Goth's wet dream. However I don't know how good a build it is? There is a great website for it though www.kodiuk.tv"

"The major advantage of VPN is that your network traffic is encrypted. Streaming, whilst a grey area, is essentially copyright theft and as such whilst unlikely, is open to the copyright holder making a civil claim against you. VPN encrypts anything you download...in the current era of 'snooping/surveillance', would recommend a VPN to anyone."

"Cheers, NS I didn't think it was very important as everything works without it. Has bulldog improved for you yet? my BT sports 1 came online last night. Still no joy getting sky sports to run."

Re: Kodi XBMC
Nope... think you need it for the Yank stuff (NBC etc) but to be honest PLP is available elsewhere so not bothered...

Re: Kodi XBMC
munky.... the new box does it all for you automatically so it will give you a message saying firmware out of date and all you have to do is press a button say `update'... saves having to go through the grief of downloading it on a SD card etc like before
