"Basically a jailbreak adds a program to your phone called cydia. It lets you get alot more apps than the AppStore because it doesn't have the apple restrictions. Latest iOS to be jailbroken is 9.1.1, so if you have a latter version than that your out of luck. I'm waiting for the 9.3.1 jailbreak myself and according to google it should be soon. Once it's released its pretty easy to get. Just download the jailbreak program and plug your phone in to your PC, open the program and click jailbreak and it's done. Or even easier pay a local phone store a tenner to do it for you."
