"FC Yes it went on after I used the VPN but was just a coincidence, as managed to get it on my laptop after without the VPN, think it may have just been down. Joined the fb group and apparently it's an issue with being in oz but he has said they are buying Australian servers so should work better. I've downloaded SPMC and the SD streams are working on there so it's ok. Thanks all for the help."

"fraser, I have just installed Ares wizard with no problems at all, you must be doing something wrong, follow the instructions, step by step EXACTLY, oh and Geo blocking will not you stop you installing an addon, if there is Geo blocking, it will only stop you running it and Ares is not Geo blocked at all"

"Fraser ~ That makes sense! Sorry I forgot you're down under. I use MXIII box too Have you got it sorted now? If you follow ""Maintenance & Tweaks"" on AresWizard it seems to keep everything going nicely"

"Fraser, have you deleted your entire Kodi and done a fresh install? Do that and put nothing on there other than Sports Nation and see how that goes. I have learnt with Kodi that sometimes you have to delete the thing off, restart your hardware and do a fresh install. This is why I only have Sportsnation HD and Exodus as add ons and nothing else because I do not need anything else. I also load up Xunity maintenance as I find it the best maintenance tool I love running a simple set up, most people I see have endless add ons which eat up endless resources on their hardware and which they never, ever use."

"The other thing I would suggest is to install AresWizard if you haven't already got it (see Kodi Michael for instructions) When you open it there is a heading for ""Maintenance"" Click that & follow the instructions to delete all the crap off Then go to the heading ""Tweaks"" in Advanced settings, follow the instructions to get the optimal settings for you system & use them You will have to restart Kodi when you've done that (That sorted out a problem I was having with MP3 player app a few months ago & I've been doing it ever since!)"

Re: Kodi XBMC

I watch most things in SD (because of our poor download speed) though HD sometimes works fine The better the picture quality the more likely you are to get buffering as a rule of thumb 14Mbps should be more than adequate (I can only dream of speeds like that) but if you haven't already got a hotwire connection to your WiFi or an electric bridge I would certainly consider it
