"My Phoenix has somehow disappeared When I say disappeared, the main title Phoenix is there but the sub title Phoenix under it has gone Has anybody else seen this? It's my main repo for watching streams, so I'm a bit gutted Cheers"

"The first problem with any Kodi buffering problems is likely to be wifi. Don't bother with sticks - just make sure that any box you get has an ethernet port on it (which the Amazon Fire boxes do). Then connect with Powerline adaptors. Ted - you don't need to spend a fortune on Powerlne adaptors - you don't need AC passthrough (it has an electric socket on the front) do you really need a wifi extender and do you need multiple ports - something like these for £22.49 a pair will be sufficient for connecting one Kodi box. Perhaps get one with dual ports and you can plug your new TV into it as well: http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/computing-accessories/networking/powerline/tp-link-tl-pa4010kit-av600-powerline-adapter-twin-pack-10143560-pdt.html I have the older 200Mps version and that handles streaming 1080p videos on my Raspberry Pi from my NAS or streams. Those AV600 are 3 times faster. Jack - you can add as many adapters as you want (probably a limit of 124) - they don't need to be the same make but they must be the same speed. I have 5 of them - 1 connected to my router, 3 to my Raspberry Pis and 1 connected to an old router/modem that I use as a wifi access point in the furthest part of the house from my router. That also acts as a switch so I can plug extra network connections into it."

"ted, you may not need Powerline adaptors. My girlfriend's router is upstairs and Android box downstairs and she has no wi-fi problems. My router is in a different room to the T8 box and I have no wi-fi problems either."

"Alan 11:26 ~ Sound advice. I found the range extender solved all my problems in that respect even with the laughably slow broadband speed we get (2.5Mbps max!) The version I have is Netgear Universal Wifi Range Extender Powerline Edition (XAVNB2001) which cost me about Ôø?60, I think I'm thinking of getting another box to work on my bedroom TV (The missus is getting sick of all the football I watch now) Do you know whether or not it's possible to run more than one Adapter off the same Range Extender? If so would it be likely to compromise the signal much? Ted ~ If you get SportnationHD (Ôø?50 a year) plus Exodus (free addon) then you really don't need to bother again with Sky, BT etc as you've got everything covered The only thing I miss is knowing what's on (apart from sport as SportsnationHD has a useful calander)"

My router is nowhere near my boxes... I use powerline plugs and never have a problem... I think the buffering is more a problem with the firesticks and wifi.

"If you get the box, you're still going to have the problem with your router being in another room, unless you get one of those powerline adapters for your Ethernet connection, or a really long Cat 6 cable"

Think that's the problem my router is around 30/40feet away in another room with brick walls. Google suggests though that these sticks can be a pain in picking up WIFI ! So do I get a box to solve things or Improve the WIFI ?
