"My Phoenix has somehow disappeared When I say disappeared, the main title Phoenix is there but the sub title Phoenix under it has gone Has anybody else seen this? It's my main repo for watching streams, so I'm a bit gutted Cheers"

"After ages of having Kodi on my laptop, i finaly got myself a box. Only thing is, I cant get any of the sports streams, whereas I can on my laptop set up. Im presuming this is down to a vpn issue on my new box? Can any of the experts point me in the direction of a good free Kodi add on? Cheers in advance"

Re: Kodi XBMC
Roeders Jacket 4:27 ~ You can get all the old Top Gear programs on Specto Fork (should be in your video add-ons) if that helps! It's quite an old add-on I think but it does work OK I don't know where you can access the new shows though

"Thanks once again Jack F and sounds like we're on the same page with add on's we're using. 2 or 3 max covers most things. Boxes haven't arrived yet, but I'll let you know how I get on. My Mrs is into Top Gear and managed to watch the new equivalent last night (Grand Tour), not sure if it's your thing but it's available via Exodus or a few other add on's. Cheers RJ"

Re: Kodi XBMC
I use Droidsmart (Jarvis v16.1) & tend to uninstall most of their Video add-ons after each update I always add AresWizard & Halow (the only 2 non-Kodi add-ons I use) Some people swear by Wookie (personal preference) but I like the Droidsmart set up which I'm used to

Re: Kodi XBMC
Babelman 10:54 ~ Go to Maintenance>Add-ons>My add-ons>Program add-ons>Wookie>Uninstall You can uninstall any add-ons this way (only instead of >Program add-ons go to Video add-ons for video add-ons / just be a bit careful uninstalling Program add-ons if you don't know the consequences though!)

Re: Kodi XBMC
Tanglefoot 9:51 ~ Only just noticed your post For what it's worth I would suggest adding AresWizard to your program add-ons (see Kodi Michael) if you haven't already done so The 1st thing I do after opening Kodi is go straight to AresWizard>Maintenance & clear all 3 sections (which takes all the accumulated crap off for you) Also useful on Ares is Tweaks>Advanced settings which works out the best settings for you (then you have to close Kodi to set them) I found my Kodi performance improved a lot after the first time I did this

Thanks stubbo and cough! One more question for the experts. Is it blocked on any of the ISPs in the U.K.? I'm on virginmedia.

Cheers Cough ~ I'm not on Facebook though & just don't fancy being on it despite everyone saying how good it is! I'm pretty sure it was just an unlucky coincidence that I went to logon just as they were updating my payment account All good now

Re: Kodi XBMC
"Roeders Jacket 9:46 ~ Thanks for that My SportsNationHD was up & running again not long after I last posted. I can only assume it went off temporarily while they were updated my account payment as it coincided exactly with the date I needed to renew. So panic over & I should be able to watch the weekends football! I too use AresWizard (Maintenance) for keeping my Kodi cache tidy & also clear the cache using the Maintenance sub menu on Kodi. It seems quick & easy, perhaps I should be doing something else too? I have Mobdro outside of Kodi, but nothing else (I rarely use it unless, for example, I want one of the SkySports channels in SD when SportsNationHD only have it in HD because of our slow broadband speed) I can generally find what films I need on Exodus, Salts, Velocity or AresMovies I use MP3 player for music SportsNationHD for sport AresFootball for catching up on played matches I like the TrueCrime addon I have Phoenix, Turks, Halow, Adrian & SportsDevil which I just use as back up should something go wrong with SportsNationHD, or if there is one of our minor matches not shown elsehere, (Accrington cup game springs to mind) Those are about 99% of the adds I use, so a lot of the video adds that come pre-installed with DroidSmart I've simply uninstalled & don't appear on my Kodi dashboard I would be a bit wary though about uninstalling any pre-installed program add ons unless you know exactly what the consequences are!"

Re: Kodi XBMC
"NS, if you're in a cable area you can get HD via cardhsaring. As mentioned below, a H2S, with an IPTV sub and/or Kodi and you'll be pretty much sorted for all your content"
Re: Kodi XBMC
Haven't had a chance to look yet so I'll ask on here - has anyone seen The Grand Tour appear on an add-on yet?
Re: Kodi XBMC
I believe that cardsharing will go on for a few years still. To stop card sharing they have got to get rid of every Old sky sd box throught the uk which will only happen if they offer free upgrades to the new box with also the added bonus of free upgrades to HD Sports else people are happy just to watch in SD for a lower cost. I am sure in the near future they will also get through the HD Encryption. Zgemma H2s with kodi on and you are well away for sky channels through your sat feed and kodi through ts media on zgemma box through ethernet
