"My Phoenix has somehow disappeared When I say disappeared, the main title Phoenix is there but the sub title Phoenix under it has gone Has anybody else seen this? It's my main repo for watching streams, so I'm a bit gutted Cheers"

"Takishi I had a similar problem and I figured out it was a Hz compatibility issue between my box and TV. In the end I got a shitty monitor and connected that to my box and altered the Hz setting from automatic to one that I wanted. If you can get an older tv and connect see if that connects, if it does change the Hz setting on the box"

"Trevor, the blue front light is on and thats it. I thought it may be my older TV but I connected another similar box and that brought up menus straight away, went to youtube on the TV and it worked ok so the WiFi connection seems fine, I was just assuming a menu would appear even if not connected via WiFi through the HDMI cable?"

Sounds like the video settings or refresh rate are set too high for your TV?

"Miike quite often with these boxes the wifi is absolutely shit, i have one from droidsticks and it gets any 'reception' if i use ethernet. but, surely you should see something from the box, even if not connected to the internet, the android OS for a start?"

"can someone answer a question for me regarding a tonbux android I've bought and just want an answer before sending the cսnt back It was delivered today so I plug it in to the TV via a HDMI cable, go to HDMI channel nothing comes up. I try three different cables but still nothing showing on the channel. my last resort was borrowing a box jusdt to maske sure the TV and HDMI were working and this older box and menu appeared straight away In the shit two manual it does mention an Ethernet cable but the box is also WiFi ready, do I need to go via an Ethernet cable first to access the menus or should they be appearing straight away even before entering the WiFi code for the router?"

"The Zgemma is great for integrating sat & IPTV into the same bouquet set and you can flick between the 2 seamlessly and also pull in EPG for the 28.2e channels too into the IPTV streams. there's ways to get EPG data for the foreign channels, NBC/Mio/Bein etc but not looked into that just yet and not massively important for me"

Got one of those too but moved in to my new flat and currently the sat inputs are downstairs and my tv/lounge is upstairs on a mezzanine level so I need to sort out how I am going to get my sat signal from downstairs to the lounge area. IPTV was/is purely for football as a secondary service but until then it is my primary tv source for everything until i get sorted

"Messed about with a firestick at the weekend and ended up taking it back and getting a refund as the WiFi connection on the device was shockingly bad. The router (draytek 2860, not a shitty IPS supplied thing) was no more than 10ft from the tv yet the firestick struggled like mad. Couldnt stream anything from BBC iPlayer, the Grand Tour resembled it being played via a Minecraft server and streams from my premium footy streams provider barely played for longer than a minute before packing up in kodi. The same streams played via the iPad connected to the TV played perfectly. Shame really as the firestick looked like it could be a neat little device. After binning that off I got my IPTV m3u playlist file, and uploaded that to my E2 device and have that running off the ZGemma H2S like satellite channels with full EPG/Bouquets. Great for live tv stuff but still need to get the VOD content Kodi has to offer and Kodi direct is gash on Enigma"

Just posted this on a different thread but probably better putting on here: Does anybody know how to get BT Sports on your phone via the BT Sports App to stream onto your TV? I got signed up to the free bt sports on my phone but obviously would rather watch it on the big screen.
