"Is anyone using IPVanish? About £60 a year and has very good reviews. You can cover five devices with it across Android and Windows platforms. Have noticed a lot of information on the net about needing a VPN to use half of the apps in Kodi, including football."

"SportsNationHD at a quid a week is the ultimate no-brainer! Near perfect streams for every game without any pissing about I sometimes watch repeats on AresFootball or Football Replays but very rarely That said I hadn't even noticed On Demand on SportsNationHD but if it's there I'm sure it will be good Exodus, Zen, Velocity or SALTS for films MP3 for music BBC, ITV I-players & Specto for TV Plus one or two assorted addons & that's all I use"

Can you really not afford less than a quid a week for Sports Nation HD?? Best fifty quid I spend every year.

"100% of the shit on sportsdevil doesn't work, Adrian used to be superb for league games but since the update is hopeless. one that seems to work if games are on sky or by is D.C. Sports. some of their links stay on but I can't think of any others that are worth bothering with. FMG (find my game) was another that you could rely on but that's also gone down the toilet"

"I've upgraded my Fire TV to Krypton 17.1 as Pulse CCM has a version for it in Ares wizard. Some of the chat sites suggest that the extra facilities offered by Android 5 and above allows for some extra quality streams to get through. My Kodi box in another room though needs upgrading to Android 5 as it will not upgrade to Krypton. I noticed at the weekend the Krypton box saw better streams than the Jarvis box. I have also downloaded the Acestream engine to both boxes. You open it before you open Kofi, you don't have to get a login just leave the opening screen up and then open Kodi. This allows you to use some of the streams available on Stream Army and the like."

Yes I've heard from several different sources that SportsNationHD is incompatible with v17 There is a fix and a work around out there (Google it)... so got it loaded up... just the picture was jerky as you like... I tried loads of things that normally I do to Jarvis all to no avail... took fucking ages... in the end I thought bollocks to this... back to good ol' Jarvis and a world of sanity and peace

17.1 is a pile of shit in my opinion! The user interface looks horrible Not a patch on 16.1 Jarvis I understand what people are saying about the HTTPS thing but it seems that has happened before a stable kodi build is available The Pulse builds have only just been made available ( yesterday) but I still couldn't get it to work with 17.1 the kryptonite build looks impressive so I might give that a go! Until then back to Jarvis and pulse

"since HTTPS is now used by most streaming sources, you really have no choice but to upgrade to Kodi 17.1. I've done it and all seems fine. I also subscribe to Sportsmania and it work fine. You can get how to do it from the sportsmania twitter feed, The Mania Team. https://www.tvaddons.ag/upgrade-kodi-krypton/"

"Hi NS ~ Yes I've heard from several different sources that SportsNationHD is incompatible with v17 I got inadvertently updated to v17 on my tablet with ahving my update settings on Google play to automatic I messed around with it for a full evening before giving up & reloading Jarvis v16.1 (& making sure to clear ""automatic"" from my Google Play updates v17 is to Kodi what v8 was to Windows (ie.a bag of shite) I really hope there doesn't come a time when we're forced to update! In the meantime, on one of my boxes & a mates box Mobdro keeps coming up with ""connection error"" where my other box & tablet are fine. Very weird! I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling to the same effect What box are you using now & would you still recommend it?"

Somehow last week after I turned on my droid box I completely lost my Kodi add on... as I had to reload decided to give 17.1 a go... loaded up Wookie lite version for 17.1 and also managed to find a fix around that allowed to watch Sportsnation so I thought happy days... that was until I tried to watch it.... choppy and laggy as fuck... and no matter what I tried (setting completely different to 16) nothing would help... so it was basically take 17.1 one off and shove Jarvis back on... all settings made for a decent view... and everything is good again in the world.... 17.1 can go and fuck itself....
