Re: Kodi XBMC
"Cheers all. I read a few decent reviews on IPTV UK and contacted them via their website last night to request a trial. I got an email back within minutes and went in and tested their service. The interface was a lot like sky and to be honest every channel I tested streamed almost instantly and was smooth HD. I was really impressed as they literally had thousands of top draw channels from all the big boys and Europe/US. They also had on demand and 24/7 channels. The guy sent me a follow up email asking how I found it all. Its £60 for a year, has a built in VPN and they are launching a brand new app this weekend. I couldn't fault it. I've been using Kodi for years and loved it when it first came out but recently I e become bored of all the issues around links not working, having to be on top of all the latest add ons etc. It gets a bit boring and I find it really unresponsive now too. I think I have rising tides build on Leia but it's still that shit spinning wheel when you try to move through the menu. I'm really tempted to pull the trigger on something I can boot up through and app and move about within like it was sky itself. For just 60 rags a year it does seem too good to be true."

"Gentile, few people on here prob point you in the right direction. Reddit has got loads of recomendtions on there and reviews. Mybe best to try a few trials if you going down that route. To be honest, I used to pay for an IPTV, but dont feel you need to now? Basicaly all you need is Yoda 2 for your films and Telly, Rising Tides for your footy etc, The Crew for films/sport/docs etc and Tv Tap for all your sports/tv/films and everything else. All pretty stable the mo and rarely have any problems."

Re: Kodi XBMC
I want to pull the trigger on an IPTV. Can someone recommend a service please that is stable and one you can search via categories? There are quite a few out there and I don't want to have to wait on a list. Thanks

"Cheers Ted ~ That looks decent Not tried RT for ages, since the EPL was suspended and tend to use ss or man for games as a rule but it's always good to have a few other options"

"Yeah it was the Sky Sports channels I was trying to use to watch the Aussie NRL. Has anyone ever looked into the error logs? I started to once a while ago but it all seemed like too much hard work. I'll have a look at TV Tap, thanks Ted."

Re: Kodi XBMC
Sky channels on RT have been missing for quite a while. Loads of Sports channels on TV Tap including BT & Sky. https://www.wirelesshack.org/how-to-install-tv-tap-kodi-addon.html

Re: Kodi XBMC
Cheers Alan~ Shadow & RD are superb even with our hopelessly slow broadband speeds I'm still able to get faultless 720 streams I like Movie Theatre Butter for it's one click ease of finding the best available stream but it no longer seems to be available in the Diamond Repo so I daren't update my current build

Re: Kodi XBMC
"The different programme-naming problem is down to whoever uploaded it to the cyberlocker/torrent site, not the addon. The ezzer error message may be because you have the old repo address. The current address is:- http://www.ezzer-mac.com/repo Error messages are common in Kodi, so I wouldn't worry about it."

Re: Kodi XBMC
"Thanks Alan, Will update or reinstall Yoda. One thing with shadow, a lot of the old TV series links, when you click on them, I get an entirely different program!? Also, get an annoying ezzer Mac wizard error on start up. I just keep clicking remind me later because I'm not sure what to do with it?"
