The reason I keep saying it gooooooooose, is because most men wouldn't go near celebrating a womens final the way he did (unless you think they would goose? Do you think they would?) Secondly Simeone represents a club within a city in Spain so it's down to the club or Spains FA to decide where a club in one of their cities sits compared to their national representation at any World Tournaments.
